WEEKLY PROGRAMMING

CrossFit is varied functional movement and energy systems training. We'll do CrossFit the year around, but focus a little bit extra on certain parts during each season.

  • Spring we work on strength.

  • Summer is aerobic conditioning.

  • Autumn is skill work.

  • Winter we intensify and combine all above in the feast that is the CrossFit Open.

Talking programming is our favorite thing, so if you want to know more, come in for a meeting and we'll explain further.
