SAFEST WAY TO START
We'd recommend doing a couple of skill sessions with a coach. We can work on skill and safely check your baseline. After that you can transition to Group Training, or a mixed variant.
In a personal On Ramp we can assess where you are now. We can adapt the course to your training background - and not having trained at all is not a problem.
We can adjust the beginning to your budget, schedule and goals. Starting at 3 x 30 min but we'd recommend 4 x 60 min for a full Level Method Profile.

WHAT IS A CONSULTATION?
Just meeting up with a coach. We'll talk about your goals and needs.
Starting any new sport is a little intimidating. We get that. So it's good meeting up and having a word to get to know you and us.
There are a couple of options on how to start. Which kind of program or membership works best. We can get clarity to that.
But most important of all: what is it you want to achieve with your training?

You're probably busy in life - school, career, family - all takes balancing. We want you to feel alive, to be happy. And not wasting time on inefficient or dangerous training is important.
CrossFit Sörnäinen is part of a larger network, and obviously good at COACHING and PROGRAMMING efficient workouts. We deliver a training program that is absolutely world class.
More important is that the gym is a SAFE SPACE. The coaches know safety rules and prehab, and EVERYBODY IS WELCOME no matter background or starting point.

I was one of those Crossfit sceptics who thought it all was just some overhyped mumbojumbo.
Then I tried it out once during a Disco Friday session, and after the soreness in my muscles was gone, I knew I had found my kind of workout. Crossfit challenges me both physically and mentally, but in a good way. It is super exciting and motivating for me to see how fast I can get stronger, and to workout with such great people.
Crossfit allows me to embrace my inner Amazon, and to become a stronger and healthier version of myself. Or as I would like to say, it allows me to be me.

I have never liked sports quite much. That's why CrossFit suits me perfectly: I don't have to think much - I just go to the box and the coach tells me what to do. Already in six months I've made huge progress - thanks to not only the coaches but also my new friends, who are cheering me. They are also a new audience for my old jokes.
