, build fitness ✅, and improve mindset/lower stress 🧠 we’re doing what we can. We’re taking charge of the things we can control, and leave the ABC (areas beyond control) out of the equation. 


Besides, with everything happening, you might have a lot more time on your hands! 😂

What's it about?

This challenge is totally customised to YOU, based on what you choose to focus on. 

Since, everyone is different, totally unique, and may want to focus on different habits! 

In the Resiliency Challenge  we are sticking to 3 CORE AREAS:  

  1. Supporting Immunity 💚

  2. Improving Mindset/Lowering Stress 🧠

  3. Building Fitness ✅

We’ve 60 days left of the year. Sometimes it’s a time when one relaxes health priorities.

But quite frankly, Christmas is perhaps 4 days of the year when one eats more than needed, and perhaps not the best proportions. That’s fine. 4 days will not topple a year of good habits. 

But relaxing the habits for the rest of the year will.


So here’s a challenge: 


Commit to make these three things every week until the end of the year:

  • Movement 5 days a week

  • 7 Nutrition habits per week

  • 5 moments of personal development


WHY? Your health is important, both physical and mental.

WHY more? Every successful week gives you one more ticket in the raffle - and the prize will be a free month for one winner. : ) And a second prize will be a FULL BODY ASSESSMENT.




MOVEMENT 5 days a week:


Workouts count in. But blood-flow can be just as important: a jog of 1 mile (1,6km) or 2 Tabatas are the minimum for a day when you don’t have time to get to the gym, or when traveling. 


We still have online workouts available for everybody who wants and needs them - also if it’s a more temporary traveling option. : ) Those are free.



NUTRITION HABITS 7 days a week:


A minimum of drinking 2L of water each day. Or making food prep for each day. Or any of the other suggestions from the resilience challenge pdf below. : )




Take 10 min to practice a foreign language, meditate, journal, or read a book. Mindfulness or actions. This one is very much up to you. Practice a musical instrument.


What would take you to a more alive and balanced state? What does make you feel alive? We mean, really, really alive!

>>>How long is the challenge? 

This challenge will go for 6 Weeks. Honestly, we don’t know how long the current situation will last, but 6 weeks is a good length of time to make excellent progress on building powerful habits. 

>>>Can I invite friends/Family? 

Absolutely, we will be kicking it off with a video overview tomorrow, Thursday -- where we will cover EVERYTHING and go into detail on the whole challenge.

>>>What can I expect? 


Like we mentioned before this challenge is all about RESILIENCE. We will be working to keep things SIMPLE and FOCUSING on the powerful things that make the biggest difference to boost health and wellness.
