STRONGER, FASTER AND MORE POWERFUL THAN EVER

Age appropriate training for Development, Ages 13-17

The general growth spurt has begun, and the active individual increases in height and muscle mass. This growth alters the body's proportions, which can affect movement learning negatively. Flexibility can quickly become limited during growth, so we place great emphasis on flexibility training. The coaches monitor and emphasise technique execution, as changes in body size can lead to decreased movement quality.

TRAINING FOCUS

✅  We adapt the movement repertoire to the growing body.

🤸  Maintain flexibility in the growing body.

💪  Regular strength training.

🏀  Increase in muscle mass.

🏋️  Strength Training and Movements:

We focus on lifting techniques as the individual is growing significantly. Possibly, the load may need to be reduced in some exercises.

Strengthening all joints in the body. Stability training remains fundamental, and in addition to this, the assessed basic exercises are loaded. The hormonal status in the body allows the athlete to increase muscle mass significantly if the right stimuli are provided. We can utilise the hormonal environment to create muscle balance in each joint and try to eliminate imbalances created by sports.

Muscle balance refers to the relationship between mobility and strength in the front and back, right and left sides, upper body and legs, as well as globally stabilising muscles and locally stabilising muscles.

  • ✅  Upper-lower.

  • ✅  Global-local muscles.

  • Meeting everybody where they are.

  • Adapting workouts to fitness level and possible injuries or other needs.

Our Workout Programs have built in safety rules.

We’re happy to cooperate with health care in cases with injuries or medical conditions.

  • Finns det någon avtalstid?
    Detta är ett av våra mest personliga program hittills, så vi vet att du kommer att älska det. Men om du inte gör det vill vi inte binda dig heller. Du går en månad i taget. Vi cyklar programmet med en tremånaders periodiseringsmodell, med omtestning i slutet.
  • Vilka är förutsättningarna?
    Eftersom vi anpassar träningspassen efter träningsbakgrund - och med exakta mått vet vi exakt vad vi kan göra - har du inga förutsättningar. Vad du gillar är viktigare: om du inte gillar en social miljö eller att arbeta med en coach kommer du förmodligen inte att gilla det här. Och FBB är inte heller en gruppklass, så du vill ha en grad av personlig frihet på gymmet.
  • När och hur startar programmet?
    Vi cyklar lite olika teman under en tremånadersperiod – med styrketester i samband med de utvärderingsveckor som gymmet har varje kvartal. Vilken cykel du börjar med spelar inte så stor roll - variationen i teman hjälper bara till att undvika stagnation (att kroppen slutar anpassa sig till träningen).
  • Hur mycket kostar det?
    Hur mycket är ett team av tränare och mentorer värt? Det funktionella kroppsbyggande programmet här är 167,2 €/månad, vilket inkluderar: Tillgång till gymmet (obegränsad) Coach på gymmet Veckoprogram levererat via app (chalkitpro) med träningsbeskrivning och videor. Uppföljning av coach varje vecka på resultat och frågor online. Veckoriktlinjer för näring. Månatligt möte med en mentor, med fokus på näring. State-of-the-art fitnessprofil via vårt bedömningssystem, Level-metoden.
