I went to my first yoga class in 2015 and was immediately hooked. Yoga was the first practice that help me start becoming aware of my breath. I became aware of the need to try to remember to breathe during every moment— inhale and exhale.
It has become an active meditation for me. I know that when I step on the mat to practice for however long I focus on my breath and my body. It has kept me grounded over the years during busy and stressful periods in my life. I have become much more aware of my body whether it is sitting at a desk for work or doing other physical activities.
This 1 hour practice is great for after any workout or on your rest day. It is a perfect practice to go through after lots of time doing strength training and high intensity workouts. We can create a balance to our everyday fast tract lives and take a moment to slow down.

We will spend one hour on the mat taking every pose one breathe at a time.
We will spend time holding poses and getting deeper into your favorite stretches.


Over time, a steady yoga practice can help restore or improve your mobility only helping other activities in your life.

You will leave feeling rested, relaxed and rejuvenated.
