The wolverine is a small animal, it lives alone in arctic conditions. But it can fell a prey animal that is way larger than it is, and it’ll drag the meat up into trees in order to protect it from other scavengers.
It’s a brilliant spirit animal for CrossFitters. A suitable patronus, if you will. There's shit that comes in the way, but we can eat it all. One mouthful at a time.

We can’t go to the regular gym which is warm and ventilated and such. But if you’re doing CrossFit, one of the toughest sports in the world, do you really want it to be comfortable? Do you really want it to be easy?
It’s when the going is harder than normal. When there’s rain and snow and you’re scaling up the workout. Or it’s super hot and warm and humid. That all is going to make you stronger. If you embrace the suck of it and just relax into the wind or rain. It will make you wilder. More fit. Mentally and physically. Isn’t that what you wanted?
