GROUP TRAINING

Coached workouts. Small classes. Inclusive atmosphere.

Group Training is 1 hour workouts following a training plan to increase health (strength and conditioning combined) in a small group. You can pick any class any day and with consistency you will #levelup🏆

Each membership includes Technique Workouts, Hyrox and CrossFit.

Twice-a-week Group Training

Includes 9 workouts each month, or twice a week on average; distribute as suits your schedule.


CONTRACT TIME

We know you need some time to get results. Normally a cycle of Assess - Train - Re-Assess takes 90 days.

If you don’t like what you get, you write to coaches@wolverinecoaching.com and ask for a refund and we will make it within 3 workdays. You have no obligations after that.

Membership and invoice changes always go via email so that we have a clear paper trail about it. This way we avoid misunderstandings afterwards.


30 days Trial Period:

Your first month is a try-out month. We have contract times from 3-12 months because committing to do the program and getting results will take some time. But we also know that it may not be perfect for you, you don’t know us yet, so we give you 30 days to try it out. If you do not want to continue, write to us on email before your 30 days are up: coaches@wolverinecoaching.com and we’ll stop your membership there. You only pay for your first month’s training. You have no obligations to us after that.

With a 3, 6 or 12 month’s contract you get consistency and planning into your training. We can teach you Strength, Conditioning and Functional Movements and you can easily level up when you put the time in of 2-4 workouts each week.

The reason we do not have 10-time-cards is that things that you can you “anytime” in reality are not ever used. It’s too easy to skip on a workout because you feel like you lose something when you had 10 and afterwards have only 9 left. While in a membership, if you skip a workout you feel like you lose the workout if you skip it. 9/10th of training is psychology.


MOVING AWAY:

If you move away from Helsinki, you can cancel a contract.


NO REASON CANCELLATION:

If you want to cancel without any specific reason, you can do so with 3 month’s notice, even before your contract time is up.


NO AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

Your contract ends automatically when it is used, and you do not have to take any action. We will ask you if you want to continue and start a new membership that suits you then.


GETTING STARTED

This membership requires that you first attend 8 Technique Workouts, to Assess your starting point. After 4 Technique classes you can start attending normal group classes also. The technique classes are included in the price.


PERSONAL TRAINING

Sometimes starting in a group is too much: we have Personal Training options for you who want to get going at a slower pace, or when you have special needs. Info here.

Technique
Workouts

The Technique Workouts give you a baseline - a measurement of your strength, conditioning and how well balanced the numbers are, as well as learning the ropes. So you'll feel confident when starting the other programs.

The measurements give you which level to pick for each workout when doing group training: you'll know exactly which version of the workout to do.

INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMS at Wolverine Coaching

YOUR WORKOUTS are designed on two criteria: the assessment and your goals. Instead of doing everything and hoping it pays off, you're homing in on your weaknesses and demolishing them.

REAL COACHING: having a dialog, creating progressions over a period and then re-testing.

 

INDIVIDUAL COACHING Works just as well over distance, as your programming comes through fitbot - where you have instruction videos & can upload your own videos for feedback with the coach. On-site training at CrossFit Sörnäinen is also included.

What is it that you want to accomplish?

CrossFit is awesome; but we also don't want to make program design random: hoping things will work out. We want to be specific and targeted and systematic.

And when results are missing; your coach knows exactly where to look for the problems. It can be lifestyle pieces like stress, sleep, hydration or food hygiene.
