UNLIMITED WORKOUTS
Train as often as you like and can. A good schedule could be 3-6 workouts/week.
Contract time?
We know you need some time of work to actually get results. BUT we also allow you to try-it-out for one month before actually committing to the contract: so you can try it with no stress.
Is there a an additional starting fee?
Do dinosaurs wear tiaras? (No. That’s our way of saying no.) No set-up fees.
This membership requires that you first go through our onramp course if you are not transferring from a Level Method gym. Scroll down to the onramp for more info.

We love having visitors from around the world - and our coaches always do a workout in english when not everybody speaks Finnish.
Drop-in workouts are 15€ or by agreement for a week or two.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING AT CROSSFIT SÖRNÄINEN
YOUR WORKOUTS are designed on two criteria: the assessment and your goals. Instead of doing everything and hoping it pays off, you're homing in on your weaknesses and demolishing them.
REAL COACHING: having a dialog, creating progressions over a period and then re-testing.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING Works just as well over distance, as your programming comes through fitbot - where you have instruction videos & can upload your own videos for feedback with the coach. On-site training at CrossFit Sörnäinen is also included.
What is it that you want to accomplish?
CrossFit is awesome; but we also don't want to make program design random: hoping things will work out. We want to be specific and targeted and systematic.
And when results are missing; your coach knows exactly where to look for the problems. It can be lifestyle pieces like stress, sleep, hydration or food hygiene.
