Small Group Training

Train individually, in a fun, social, group-training setting. We plan the workouts and coach each class.

Destroying the intimidation factor

We get it, it can be intimidating to work out alongside others who are more fit than you.

 

But, even if you have never been in a gym before, or totally out of shape, we have a workout for you. Or if you are incredibly fit, we have a workout for you, because our small group classes are always adjusted to your level.

In the same class, you’ll have beginner and advanced folks working side by side, doing a workout appropriate to each.

Combine this with a community of people who want everyone to be better, stronger, and healthier, you get a life changing combination.

Well Rounded

Well-rounded fitness allows us to enjoy life more. Experience things without training for them specifically: hiking, biking, playing with kids, just have more energy for life. Our group CrossFit programs prepare you for all that and more.

Safety is a key factor in longevity. Health and Fitness is a long-term endeavor and to make progress you need to stay in the game. And although injuries can occur anytime and anywhere in life, training smartly and methodically will help avoid them.

Start by Assessing your Fitness Baseline for Small Group Training

The Technique workout is our onboarding program - there so you learn effective and safe movement, and build the athletic base required for further training.

 

We teach progressions and assess your endurance, strength & muscle balance.​​

​​​

The movements build up from basic movement patterns, to more intense and demanding exercises. The progressions are perfectly suitable for a complete beginner. We use Level Method for our Fitness Baseline assessments which gives you a clear view of where you are at and where to go next. The assessments help you pick your levels in the workouts after you advance to the normal programming, whether it is Hyrox or CrossFit.

The Schedule is below, and all classes are included in all memberships.

Morning or Evening?

Every class is coached and explained, including warmup.

Early in the morning, lunch hours or later in the afternoon, you can find us close to Kurvi, Sörnäinen at all suitable hours.

 

We're open

Weekdays 7-13 & 14:00 - 21:00

Saturday: 10-13:30

Sundays 11:00 - 15:00

Our class booking is in the Chalk-it-pro app.
