We're a nontoxic gym. Everybody is welcomed and embraced just as they are. Everybody gets attention and a place to train. Creating and nurturing a friendly, open and welcoming atmosphere is a foundation of our gym. We compliment our group classes with community events & celebrations. 

We focus on delivering high intensity sessions, because high intensity gives better results, especially over the long run. So our coaches invite you to challenge yourself each time, it helps  build your stamina and your confidence at the same time.

Over the past 15 years, we have developed a unique methodology for functional fitness training that  structured, science-backed approach to functional training that sets it apart from traditional fitness programs.


Our methodology uses the world-famous Level Method, and works on improving fifteen benchmarks to impact three main fitness outcomes: neurological strength, muscle endurance and aerobic power
