WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that combines the best of weightlifting, sprinting, calisthenics, gymnastics and kettlebell training.
Constantly varied CrossFit movements are designed to give consistent physical results, focusing on strength, endurance, speed and flexibility.
CrossFit exercise is surprisingly fun and rewarding from the first workout onward.
CrossFit is a way of life, that invites you to exercise with and be part of a supportive and rousing community, regardless of your physical background.
Early in the morning, lunch hours or later in the afternoon, you can find us close to Kurvi, Sörnäinen at all suitable hours.

CROSSFIT LEVEL 2 TRAINER
Miska is the head coach and owner of CrossFit Sörnäinen. He first found CrossFit in Sweden in 2009 and has been working out and coaching others ever since. Miska has a passion in programming and physiology (body hacking & biology in general).
Languages: Finnish, Swedish, English and Finnish Sign Language.
STAC BASIC TRAINER
Thomas is a coach and co-owner of CrossFit Sörnäinen. He has a background in various sports and has coached CrossFit since 2012.
