At CrossFit Sörnäinen we work passionately with beginners and people who aspire to the National Championships, and spend hours bent on getting your programming and education tweaked. We deliver results because of our small classes (coach is guaranteed to pay you attention!) quarterly athlete screening (gives you individualized programs to follow) and awesome community, where people support each other in a real healthy environment.

CROSSFIT LEVEL 2 TRAINER
Miska is the head coach and owner of CrossFit Sörnäinen. He first found CrossFit in Sweden in 2009 and has been working out and coaching others ever since. Miska has a passion in programming and physiology (body hacking & biology in general).
Languages: Finnish, Swedish, English and Finnish Sign Language.
STAC BASIC TRAINER
Thomas is a coach and co-owner of CrossFit Sörnäinen. He has a background in various sports and has coached CrossFit since 2012.
