Welcome to try us out!

The Beginner WOD will show you how we work. Here we do "Assess"​. (WOD=workout of the day)

​1️⃣ Assess → Measure your baseline (strength, mobility, endurance).
2️⃣ Train → Follow your personalized plan (scaled to your level).
3️⃣ Progress → Reassess every 4 weeks to see real results.

The Normal WOD = Workout of the Day, coached small group.

✅ Train at your own level (Level Method: gamified, safe, and effective).
✅ No ego, no judgment (Safer Space: inclusive community + trained coaches).
✅ Show up, we’ll handle the rest (Pre-planned workouts, no guesswork).​

Specialty Program = individual programs you do without a coach. You get these by doing Individual Coaching, or a Full Body Assessment or a Key Areas Assessment.

Your Fitness Journey

  1. ASSESS
    We'll always measure your starting point: strength, endurance, and mobility.
    You'll need 4-8 classes in your first 2 months in order to get all categories assessed.

    We can Assess/analyse more if you have special goals or needs.

    1. Nutrition

    2. Mobility

    3. Stability

    4. Sports Profiles

    5. Bloodwork and Minerals.
       

  2. TRAIN

    1. Personal Training

    2. Small Group Classes

    3. Individual Workout Programs
      Do you prefer to work 1-on-1 with a coach, or in a social setting?
       

  3. PROGRESS
    Check on progress every 30-120 days. When you see concrete results from your training.
