The Beginner WOD will show you how we work. Here we do "Assess". (WOD=workout of the day)
1️⃣ Assess → Measure your baseline (strength, mobility, endurance).
2️⃣ Train → Follow your personalized plan (scaled to your level).
3️⃣ Progress → Reassess every 4 weeks to see real results.
The Normal WOD = Workout of the Day, coached small group.
✅ Train at your own level (Level Method: gamified, safe, and effective).
✅ No ego, no judgment (Safer Space: inclusive community + trained coaches).
✅ Show up, we’ll handle the rest (Pre-planned workouts, no guesswork).
Specialty Program = individual programs you do without a coach. You get these by doing Individual Coaching, or a Full Body Assessment or a Key Areas Assessment.
