  • What are the possible hurdles in the way?

  • No obligation to buy.

2. Focus Assessment
  • 45 min 1-on-1 Assessment:

    • Movement

    • Stability

    • Full Flexibility Scan

  • Safety: We design a program based on Level Method and the FBA.

3. Skill Session
  • 1 h Personal Coaching

  • Drilling the movements we've programmed for your goals

  • You'll continue the program on your own 2-4x / week & possibly group classes.

  • Individually designed.

4. Check-Up (Month 1)
  • 15 min Meeting

  • Maybe adjusting the program based on comments and results.

5. Check-Up (Month 2)
  • 15 min Meeting

  • Continued progressions or adjusting if needed.

6. Level Up
  • Measure and celebrate success

  • Recalibrate: Continue with this or a new goal?
