WHY CROSSFIT SÖRNÄINEN?

We are a family owned business focusing our energy on coaching small groups with years of experience. We have been around since the hype of CrossFit truly hit the town, but we've made an effort to keep the sense of a small and friendly box, even though we've grown through the years. We are well known for our cosy and close-knit atmosphere, where we enjoy to know who we train with.

Have you tried group training where your personal coach knows your name and background, as well as the results you've reached? Welcome to CrossFit Sörnäinen! We take pride in capping our classes at 10 people per workout so that everybody has a chance to get proper coaching and receive attention to their special needs. Say you have a really sore knee or shoulder, we adapt your workout to your needs. This is an advantage very few gym's can provide.

Have you had enough of working out without a training buddy or a coach? Have you had enough of group training where you never even get to know the name of your training neighbour? CrossFit stands for high intensity workouts that are properly planned by our programmers; BUT what makes it work even more stronger for you is the support of the community around you. Our box is filled with good people creating friendships through the sweat and effort we shed together.

Receive regular physical screenings and personal time with your coach

We want to know each of our athletes, your personal goals and eventual 'goats', so that we can fill in the gaps and get ahead faster. To achieve this, we use personal screenings: a check-up on your flexibility and numbers paired up with corrective exercises to avoid injury and get you results faster. Experienced and passionate coaches

 

All of our coaches LOVE what we do and you can see it in our smiles and our dedication. We are nerds when it comes to ankle position in a low-bar-back squat, and how to periodize the next mezo-cycle. But we're also there because we simply love the people in our little gym. If you want to co-create with us, we'll get miracles done! There are few things we love more than seeing one of our athletes get their first pull-up or muscle-up, or simply finding their joy of working out at our box.
