What is involved in
Meeting a
Coach?

The Meet a Coach session is your first step toward a healthier, fitter you. In this relaxed, no-pressure meeting, you'll sit down with a professional coach to discuss your fitness goals, challenges, and aspirations. There’s no workout involved—just a genuine conversation to understand your unique needs. Your coach will guide you through how we can support your journey, setting the foundation for a plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.

Your Fitness Journey

  1. ASSESS
    We'll always measure your fitness baseline, strength and aerobic capacity, so that we can give you a perfect workout each time: safe and challenging. The technique workouts serve as theses baseline assessments. You'll complete 8 classes in your first 2 months in order to get all categories assessed.

    You can go deeper in Assessing if you have special goals or needs. We can look at Nutrition, Mobility, Stability, Sports Profiles, Bloodwork and Minerals

    These metrics help us track your progress over time, ensuring every step is aligned with your goals.
     

  2. TRAIN
    We have both Personal Training, Small Group Classes and your own individual workout programs to chose from. Do you prefer to work 1-on-1 with a coach, or in a social setting?

    Training sessions are crafted to challenge you safely. Choose from personal or group sessions, both designed to help you build strength, endurance, and confidence.
     

  3. PROGRESS
    We'll want to check on progress regularly, to see if the program is working, and to create motivation, when you see concrete results from your training.

    Regular chats with a coach allow us to adjust your plan as you progress. Celebrating milestones and setting new targets keeps you inspired and moving forward.
