The Nutrition System that has worked the BEST

You want to feel more confident in your skin - like a little stronger and a little skinnier. It doesn’t have to be huge changes.
All that makes sense. You’re so much better off stronger. Your bones will last longer. Your immune system becomes stronger. Your capacity to meet life head on is a lot easier, just as simple as carrying shopping bag home. Or hiking up and down a mountain.
And once you start working strength, the little aches and pains in knees and lower back go away. It doesn’t require a long time to notice a difference. Two weeks for aerobic capacity and a month for strength.
But losing weight is impossible without looking at what you eat. Think of this journey in three parts:
Step 1: Calibration
Here we learn what a good portion size looks like. If we weigh and measure food for 1-2 weeks it'll be a lot easier later to understand what our body needs and adjust portions and meal plans.
Step 2: Transformation
Once we know how much works, then we just stick to the plan. For weightloss we need to eat a little less than the body burns per day. 1/2 kilo weightloss per week is normally considered a sustainable pace.
Step 3: Maintenance
When we reach our "ideal weight" we pivot back to maintenance, where we eat the same amount as we burn each day. This would be our normal every day meal plan for where we can sustain sports and not gain unnecessary weight.
