Gruppträning består av 1 timmes träningspass med ett program för att öka din hälsa (styrka och kondition kombinerat) i en liten grupp. Du kan välja vilken klass som helst vilken dag som helst och med regelbunden träning kommer du att #levelup🏆
Twice-a-week Group Training
Includes 9 workouts each month, or twice a week on average; distribute as suits your schedule.
CONTRACT TIME
We know you need some time to get results. Normally a cycle of Assess - Train - Re-Assess takes 90 days.

Membership and invoice changes always go via email so that we have a clear paper trail about it. This way we avoid misunderstandings afterwards.
30 days Trial Period:
Your first month is a try-out month. We have contract times from 3-12 months because committing to do the program and getting results will take some time. But we also know that it may not be perfect for you, you don’t know us yet, so we give you 30 days to try it out. If you do not want to continue, write to us on email before your 30 days are up: coaches@wolverinecoaching.com and we’ll stop your membership there. You only pay for your first month’s training. You have no obligations to us after that.
With a 3, 6 or 12 month’s contract you get consistency and planning into your training. We can teach you Strength, Conditioning and Functional Movements and you can easily level up when you put the time in of 2-4 workouts each week.
The reason we do not have 10-time-cards is that things that you can you “anytime” in reality are not ever used. It’s too easy to skip on a workout because you feel like you lose something when you had 10 and afterwards have only 9 left. While in a membership, if you skip a workout you feel like you lose the workout if you skip it. 9/10th of training is psychology.
MOVING AWAY:
If you move away from Helsinki, you can cancel a contract.
NO REASON CANCELLATION:
If you want to cancel without any specific reason, you can do so with 3 month’s notice, even before your contract time is up.
NO AUTOMATIC RENEWALS
Your contract ends automatically when it is used, and you do not have to take any action. We will ask you if you want to continue and start a new membership that suits you then.
GETTING STARTED
This membership requires that you first attend 8 Technique Workouts, to Assess your starting point. After 4 Technique classes you can start attending normal group classes also. The technique classes are included in the price.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Sometimes starting in a group is too much: we have Personal Training options for you who want to get going at a slower pace, or when you have special needs. Info here.

Vår Onramp Course ger dig en baslinje - ett mått på din styrka, kondition och hur välbalanserade siffrorna är.
Mätningarna ger dig vilken nivå du ska välja för varje träningspass när du kör gruppträning: du behöver inte tänka på hur du ska anpassa passen. Det är redan klart från Onrampen.
INDIVIDUELL COACHING PÅ CROSSFIT SÖRNÄINEN
DINA Träningspass är utformade på två kriterier: bedömningen och dina mål. Istället för att göra allt och hoppas att det lönar sig, siktar du in på dina svagheter och förstör dem.
RIKTIGT COACHING: att ha en dialog, skapa progressioner under en period och sedan testa om.
INDIVIDUELL COACHING Fungerar lika bra över distans, eftersom din programmering kommer via fitbot – där du har instruktionsfilmer och kan ladda upp dina egna filmer för feedback med coachen. Träning på plats hos CrossFit Sörnäinen ingår också.
Vad är det du vill åstadkomma?
CrossFit är fantastiskt; men vi vill inte heller göra programdesignen slumpmässig: hoppas att det löser sig. Vi vill vara specifika och målinriktade och systematiska.
Och när resultat saknas; din tränare vet exakt var han ska leta efter problemen. Det kan vara livsstilsbitar som stress, sömn, hydrering eller mathygien.
