Nutrition
Key in any health practice, no matter if you want to lose weight or gain muscle or perform at your athletic highest. Nutrition plays a key part in energy levels and sleep quality as well.
Improve your nutrition habits, step-by-step, science based, no matter you're omnivore or vegan.
Fitness
You can improve almost all your health points by improving your strength and endurance. Our model for physical fitness is based on 15 categories, or sports, that together cover the whole spectrum of muscle balance and cardiovascular fitness and neurological strength.
We can adjust the profile if you have special needs, goals or disabilities. We can also analyse deeper in order to pre-hab future problems, or continue the progress after you're done with your physiotherapist.
Structure
We plan each workout for you. And because we start by measuring your starting point and goals, we can easily adjust even our group workouts to your level: challenging but safe.
