We focus on fundamental movements like how to build the strength for a pushup and a pullup. How to do squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls and jumps.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this program helps you move safely and effectively, much like a pro athlete. Beginners will learn the basics, while experienced athletes will refine their techniques and objective fitness measurements (the baseline we talked about earlier).
Mastering the basics is invaluable, and with these objective measurements, we can create a safe, personalised fitness path for you. We’ll identify your strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

If you prefer a more personalised approach you can start 1-on-1 with a Personal Trainer who tailors the program to your background and your specific metrics. Regardless of your fitness level.

And most importantly, we teach you how we teach. So you know the words we regularly use in class. When you start with the group, it feels comfortable and familiar so you can smash it!

If you are very new to exercise, then we will be teaching you the white version of today’s
workout, and if you have been with us for a long time, the brown version.
Think of this like martial-arts belts: The white version is like white belt, and so on. Everything here at CrossFit Sörnäinen is coached, so it’s either in the small group classes or one on one.
Wolverine’s coaches are trained hard on Coaching. That’s the bare minimum for a coach. But also
Meeting everybody where they are.
Adapting workouts to fitness level and possible injuries or other needs.
The Premises are gender neutral.
We’re happy to cooperate with health care in cases with injuries or medical conditions.
The Programming has built in safety rules.
The Programming includes PREHAB. Drills that will strengthen the smaller stabilisers in hips, shoulders and knees. This helps prevent and mitigate risks for injury.
